Stanley Fish has an opinion piece today in the New York Times – Psychology and Torture (http://fish.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/11/09/psychology-and-torture/) – on the recent declaration by the American Psychology Association which bans members from being part of interrogations (not limited to torture but US military interrogations that include "pressure" tactics are the intended target). Fish gives some interesting background to the story.
All the best,
Brian
