So, let’s say you have a case of communication apprehension, the kind that makes it extremely difficult for you to talk to women. What do you do?
Well, some Japanese men purchase a DVD specifically designed to help them get "used" to seeing a woman look at them. The DVD is comprised of video of fifty women different women staring out from the screen. The idea is that this helps the men overcome their anxiety.

Just so you know, the program also has clips of little girls as many men have a generalized fear of speaking to women that is not merely specific to adults.
Of course, hypnotists have a number of much more effective and far swifter techniques to help folks overcome social phobia, but you have to admit that this particular product is original to say the least.
The approach is obviously based upon the concept of progressive desensitization and may indeed help some folks. However, I would suggest going to a competent hypnotherapist for help (in addition or instead of this program). Interesting idea and intriguing execution of the concept.
