One of the reasons my daughter Kaye (http://www.kayephillips.com) is excited about Guitar Hero World Tour – besides the continuation of Guitar Hero funness – is that the new game has a music studio built in that allows folks to share their own original compositions. Since Kaye is a composer (albeit, focused on piano rather than the rock instruments that GHWT has – following the Rock Band model and not adding a keyboard which would totally be wonderifous).
We’re not even sure that GHWT will make it to Taiwan with all the peripherals. Rock Band did not – we’ve seen the original game twice in shops in Taipei and they were old edition and for the US model and not the local models – so we’re not sure if GHWT will make it this way.
Anyway . . . as Kaye craves the beastie, I found some vids on the music studio.
