The date is set and it’s official so I can go ahead and let it leak . . . I will be presenting a special encore performance of my Brian David Phillips Waking Dreams Hypnosis Show, Saturday, July 29, 2006 . . . at The Farmhouse in Taipei. Ths show is set for 8:30-10:00pm.
We had a wonderful time presenting the midnight show which was our premiere performance of this show as well as the history-making first full fledged professional genuine hypnosis entertainment show at a nightlife venue, club, or bar in Taiwan with many more performances set to come as we are already putting things in the works with other club owners and the like for more shows around Taiwan. For those of you who will be going to the show . . . and that really does mean YOU . . . so make sure you clear your calendar, tell your friends, and get there early . . . The Farmhouse is at No. 5, Lane 32, Shuang Cheng Street, Taipei . . . you can call (02) 595-1764/5 for more information about reservations, times, cover charge, and how to get there and the like. Unlike the last show, this not a midnight show and will occur earlier in the evening before the band and DJ sets as a separate performance . . . cover charge for the venue is NT$500 . . . we will post more information as it becomes available.
My show is presented in English with Chinese interpretation. As I noted after the last performance, each show is different and I have already prepared some new material appropriate for the venue as well as some of my standard bits. Since this is a venue that is used to live bands and disco, I have added even more music and may have a bit more hypnotic dancing in the act as well, albeit keeping the timing just right.
It looks like it’s shaping up to be a LOT OF FUN!
