What do you get when you cross a highly skilled hypnotist with a bevy of bikini babes? I’m not sure but it’s pretty awesome.
Seriously, in these clips from a Japanese television program we can see some clear examples of obvious titillation on the part of the producers (the girls, the trance partner volunteers, do NOT need to be in bikinis only but obviously that certainly increases ratings of the program) along with some fun hypnosis effects, as well as some examples of good subject management.
Notice how the hypnotist uses both vocal intonation and physical touch along with obvious mime to strengthen the power of his hypnotic suggestions. I do similar physical actions along with sound effects in my own work – both on stage where you must have a flair for presentation as well as in therapy as it tends to enhance suggestion via the intensification of the trance partner’s imaginative involvement. Here we see this most obviously when the hypnotist suggests that he is taking away the ability to say this or that or when he substitutes a nonsensical phrase for a genuine name. With the added kinesthetic element of the suggestion, the trance partner’s response also becomes physical as well as emotional-mental as is more typical, thus increasing both the impression of the suggestion upon the trance partner but also the effect becomes more powerful for the spectators.

Yes, one of the male participants in the side panel does seem to be the Hard Gay, a very popular leather-clad Japanese television personality. I’m not sure why the producers would include him in that panel but there he is . . . okay, it is funny to see the girls fawning over him and his obvious discomfort in having beautiful bikini babes all over him. Notice the expression on the girls’ faces as they believe him to be extremely attractive and wish to know him better while he tries to get away from them.
Yes, part two is even stranger . . .

As you can see, you can use words or sights or touches or sounds to trigger feelings or responses. The use of a drum to access a positive emotional response is not unusual, well, the erotic response is but folks who’ve studied my Eroticatrance programs certainly have seen more.
