You know, somehow I don't think the guys who attended this thing were really all that offended by the Hack Girls or the lap dances they received . . . but . . . yahoo has to do some media image engineering after the images and video made it to flickr . . . uh, of course, these are tech guys, they're going to use tech avenues to distribute news and images . . . http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33402109/from/ET?GT1=43001 . . . from the images in the MSNBC piece, it doesn't look like anything we've not all seen before on the street here (Betelnut Beauties and Electric Flower Music Cars are far more explicit – heck, I've seen naked girls at temple festivals here using their vaginas to shoot darts from blowguns at balloons, admittedly NOT in Northern Taiwan but in the safe confines of Huwei and Touliu and it was years ago before Taipei started reforming the morality of the country, or at least the image of the country's morality), but yahoo tries to have the lap dance and their wholesome image too.
