Hypnosis again key in defence case

Interesting that they are going with defending or attacking the hypnosis argument . . . hypnosis again key in a Ney defense . . . prosecutors need not defend the hypnosis as admissible evidence in the case but that the defendant had been previously convicted. The conviction of a previous murder case stands regardless of whether or not hypnosis was involved in that conviction.

Hypnosis is usually acceptable for defendant refreshed memory but is sometimes disallowed for others. It’s a case by case state by state venture.

In any case all forensic hypnosis needs to be done by someone with training in the area rather than just any hypnotist.

All the best,
Brian
