hypnosis and the next level of your game . . .
. . . sports hypnosis

The guys at Saddo Boxing have discovered hypnosis and the next level of your gamet.

While I strongly support the idea of using hypnosis to improve sports performance (a rather large number of Olympic caliber athletes use hypnosis just for that), you can find resources on guided imagery as well. Either way . . . the trick to it is to really concentrate and focus and engage your emotional centers so that you feel very much involved at the level of vivid imagination to the point that it feels as if it were real . . . and then click into it even more powerfully. A bit like when you were a kid and could pretend in a game so well that it felt very real. There are a few free MP3 downloads at http://www.briandavidphillips.com that some of you will find helpful . . . the “master teacher” piece in the guided imagery MP3 section has you imagine a session with a coach or other athlete who is very good at the skill sets you want to work with and the DTM (Deep Trance Modeling) files in the DRTRC section of the MP3 site have you pick an athlete who is excellent, vividly imagine what he does and then step into him as he does it. While your success will vary with the Memory Machine files there when working alone without a face to face session, I have had good reports from athletes who have used it that way. Basically, the process allows you to watch a video, film, or look at a series of photos and “step inside” as you watch so that you actually feel your mucles working and you feel the workout so that you are imaginatively building the skill sets at an accellerated rate. I worked with competitive swimmers, dancers, and martial artists with this process and each of them have reported very accellerated skill improvement that translates into competitive improvement. Eventually, I will be making a hypnocast about this stuff at http://briandavidphillips.libsyn.com as well. You can read more about this sort of process and the effectiveness in sports in the “hypnosis in the news” and “experiential hypnosis” categories at https://briandavidphillips.net/ . . . I hope this has been helpful, Brian
