Email Hypnosis Techniques

Further from Hypnosis Technique Exchange regarding a query from a hypnotist who wants to learn about hypnotic emails.

If you are an experienced hypnotist as you describe yourself, then hypnosis via email is not difficult at all . . . particularly if you do some trigger installations or gain an automatic hypnotic relationship with the subject. You can also use NLPish language patterns to increase effectiveness but as I assume you are talking about consensual adult hypnosis covert methods are not necessary. Just use an overt, consensual, approach and all will be fine.

I’ve a LOT of experience with this sort of thing (non-therapeutic, consensual, recreational effects only . . . I am very much against the practice of “email-based therapy” which has begun cropping up as it is less reliable, does not utilize the interactive client-hypnotist feedback loop, and has a whole bucket of issues related to it that make it seem more charlatanism than actual caring therapy – as a few folks have sent me the form letters they have received from online email hypnotists I would also say with confidence that a number of ’em aren’t even competent as basic hypnotists). Please don’t patronize online email-based therapists. If you wish to explore recreational hypnosis, fine, online is great as long as the hypnotist maintains a pleasurable and safe environment and uses positive framing words (the hypnotist at the very least should know how to minimize the chance of and know how to deal with spontaneous abreactions as well – if they don’t know what that sentence means then keep on walkin’). Therapy is best accomplished in person. In my very strong and not particularly humble opinion.

In any case, if your interest is to do hypnosis with your girlfriend then it’s a very simple matter to install trigger responses and emotional or physical effects as well as compliance sets via direct voice hypnosis and then utilize those installed patterns in email or chat programs.

You can also write an email that is a direct induction with no preinstalled trigger conditions, but this is less reliable as utilizing existing trance relationships.

I’ve written on a number of these options in the past so here are some links that will explain the processes:

Let us know how things work out for you and your consenting adult recreational subjects.

All the best,
