Breast Enhancement via Hypnosis

On one of my umpteen discussion lists, a woman in her late forties asked about using hypnosis for breast enhancement. Basically, she has lost a lot of weight and has found her breasts shrinking along with her waistline and wonders if hypnosis can help regain support since a number of studies have shown that hypnosis is very very effective in breast enlargement . . . most of the studies I have seen show on average one to two full cup differences along with size increases.

Of course, there are quicker and faster ways to enhance one’s breasts. Surgery is the most effective and quickest. However, there are a number of side effects and possible dangers that make it unreliable and undesirable for most women. The next most popular method is drugs but very few have been shown to have permanent effects beyond weight gain or water gain and many have very real health consequences affecting the liver, kidneys, and other organs. Visualization and hypnosis is the most natural with no negative side effects.

I have a special program developed for breast enhancement via trancework and hypnosis which has proven very effective for the women I have worked with. There are a number of such programs out there, mine is based upon studies that have found positive results.

In addition to any visualization program, physical exercises are worthwhile (pushups and specific lifts and the like to build the appropriate muscles for support) . . . a hypnotic breast enhancement program is certainly worth looking into for someone with support and enhancement needs beyond simple size increase (although it works well for that too).

While most folks will use this sort of process for breast enlargement, it’s much more than that and can be used for a variety of body image issues related to the breasts.

If you are unfamiliar with breast work via hypnosis then having a program of this sort as a guide for adapting it to your own needs is very worthwhile . . . albeit, folks with experience with hypnosis should be able to handle most of the issues related to the subject at hand.

A number of studies that can be found via a medline search have shown that somnambulism is not even needed for trancework breast enhancement, many women have positive results with simple imagination alone . . . although I would prefer the somnambulism approach as it does increase results. Age isn’t really a major factor – it’s a factor, but not as big a deal as many people would assume – as post-menopausal women have responded well to visualization for breast enhancement along side the young college girls.

For those interested in a self-hypnosis approach, I would suggest following something along the lines of Gerry Kein’s "light switch" self-hypnosis post-hypnotic suggestion or one of the instants I tend to use and work from there. If working with others, then I like the sequence from the hypno-sleep program originally written about by Dave Elman but now taught by others for just about anything. It increases the imaginative involvement and bypass of the critical factor of the conscious mind beautifully.

As to the suggestions, a worthwhile procedure is to imagine your body the way you want it to be . . . full body, not just the breasts and then step into that body in your imagination and really feel . . . that is feels, not just imagines . . . how your body feels, the center of gravity, the muscles supporting the breasts, the whole deal. Roll this over into timeline and permanency and the rest of the program.

Good breast enhancement programs are not just about size, they are about support and feel and permanency as well as self-esteem and self-worth and self-love. The changes have to come because you want them not because some doofus says he’s a breast man or because of someone else’s idea of what your body should be like.

Because a good program is more than size, it is appropriate for women of any breast size with varying breast enhancement needs or goals ranging from the obvious size goals to simple firmness and support to bounciness and sensitivity and as such can meet a variety of needs with a simple change of specific visualizations within the protocol.

The work I’ve done with women for breast enhancement has been very rewarding and in some cases extremely successful (some downright amazing, three cup sizes is rather a lot by anyone’s standards, albeit I’ve only seen that once . . . so far).

My program is based upon clinical studies and is an accumulation of many suggestions to which a large number of women have responded with measurable breast enhancement and/or enlargement. The concept is to provide a safe, private, effective way for women to re-start and complete their development. Due to the many positive and effective suggestions in the program, an intimate knowledge of the subject’s background is unnecessary.

In addition to clinical sessions, subjects are asked to listen to special hypnotic recordings daily as a means of reinforcement as well as to use deep relaxation trigger response visualizations on their own with the addition of a special set of anchored response cues that increase their responsiveness and success. Some people do this sort of work right before bed or when getting up in the morning, others use part of their lunch hour, and some like to listen to the recordings more often than once a day; whatever works best for you). Participants in the program begin to notice specific changes within a short time. In addition to using the specific triggers within the program often, many have also found that physically stimulating the breasts can be very beneficial. In the privacy of their own home of course. It actually promotes blood flow so does do a lot of the work for you.

Because of research time constraints, most formal studies for this sort of work have been done over the course of twelve weeks but a person in the program for personal benefits may choose to continue longer if you wish (after eight weeks you probably will not need to use the recording every day, four or five times a week is fine, although you are encouraged to continue to listen to it on a daily basis . . . since it’s a great relaxation program in itself that will be fine). A nice trick for using the guided imagery relaxation tracks is to use your self-hypnosis trigger just as you press play so they become self-hypnosis recordings in addition to simple relaxation.

Depending upon schedules, for my clients, it is best to do live hypnosis sessions with me weekly for the first four or so weeks and then once every few weeks or as often as is practical to set the anchors, clear up any secondary gain issues, and strengthen hypnotic response (normally, I would not suggest starting the program without a more in depth trance induction than what you did at the campsite). The recording will give you an excellent start and the bulk of the program is designed for women to do the process in the privacy of their own home at their own speed.

When measuring breast size, make sure you are measuring in at least two places: under the breast and across the nipples (use the full charts for best accuracy – the charts I give participants in my program for them to keep track of their personal progress are actually a bit more detailed). Measure the two points and then subtract. This way you are getting a measurement of the breast rather than the entire chest and back. The measurement around the breasts including the back is not a good indicator because of weight gain and loss as well as the natural fluctuation in breast size over a month. Many folks suggest going out and buying a goal bra. You must listen to the recording daily between live sessions. There are several aspects to creating growth: past issues about breast size, future belief that it will change and the cellular communication to make the cells grow and expand. These are all integrated into the recordings and live hypnosis to increase the response as well as bolster confidence and self-esteem related to body image. If you wish, measure and buy the goal bra. It will help with the process.

Breasts expand and contract easily with weight so that may not be an indicator of success. The suggestions I use concentrate on the breast area specifically. However, some folks do experience slight weight gain because their subconscious may take advantage of the suggestions as a general response pattern. It is sometimes the case that for a few women, the subconscious may interpret words such as ‘growth’ ‘enlarge’ or even ‘get bigger’ as responding to the entire body. This is easily remedied with a live session that focuses suggestions on the breasts only. When listening to the recording, you can also use your self-hypnosis trigger as you press play and give yourself the suggestion that the growth is to concentrate on the breasts. Of course, there is a visualization exercise in my recording that has you visualize the body you wish to have so your ideal body would be the one your subconscious targets. Watch the over eating. Concentrate on the suggestions as growth through cell duplication which happens naturally, without the need for increased in-take of food. Obviously structure your self-hypnosis words to suit your needs.

Yes, this really does work! I have done quite a bit of research on this and have worked with a number of women for this as well. There are many studies that show this sort of thing works very well (most studies in the US have shown one to two inches and one to two cup sizes in twelve weeks for most participants, one young woman I worked with personally increased by two inches and three cup sizes).
