Just a quick reminder to affiliates of our site . . . we’re thrilled you have signed on to help promote our products and earn commissions . . . however, keep in mind, once you have an affiliate account, you may not purchase products for yourself and receive a commission on those purchases. It’s not a discount program for your own purchases but an affiliate program for promotional purposes.

Sometimes folks make this error by mistake and that’s okay, the first time it happens the errant commission is not paid (we review payments and can see the purchaser and affiliate info). If someone is abusing the system, then we tend to delete their affiliate account and the errant commissions are not paid.
