A classic stage hypnosis gag is to tell the volunteer that you or someone else is a celebrity that they love and then to see how things play out when the person gets to meet their fantasy idol.

In this in-pool hypnosis show the volunteer has been told another volunteer is actually one of the Jonas Brothers, her favorite of course, and notice how her perception changes quickly and easily.

And then . . . the trance volunteer is told that SHE is Joe Jonas . . .

Of course, while this gag has been done with young people and kept within the ol’ family-friendly range, the same gag can be done for other contexts and even adult-oriented scenarios (NEVER with underage or nonconsenting folks though).
