Footage of Resident Evil‘s newest franchise entry, a 3D blockbuster no less . . . Resident Evil:Afterlife . . . has converted one reviewer who previously was very much on the anti-3D camp.  Of course, having a director who understood that shooting the film in 3D and NOT converting is the way to go and doing one’s homework on how to shoot 3D and how to incorporate it engagingly into telling the story helps.  From the sounds of it, this film is going to be well worth the wait!  See http://www.obsessedwithfilm.com/movie-news/resident-evil-afterlife-3d-footage-unveiling-at-sony-london.php for more.

In any case, while the 3D is going to add a whole lot of goodness to this movie, it looks like it will be zombieawesomegoodness in its own right!
