The first installment of Doctor Who's "Adventure Games" spinoff went online the other day, and Troy Wood has already ventured into the "City Of The Daleks." There, he found a surprisingly rewarding storyline. Spoilers ahead.

Yes indeedy do, a videogame even my jewel-obsessed wife can love . . . seriously, it looks great even if those are Daleks and I am not much of a fan of Daleks but it is THE Doctor so you got to love it . . . lots. Oh, for those who miss the reference, I did not mean jewels of the precious kind but rather of the monotonous falling objects you have to match variety (he writes while sheepishly admitting that game and the zombie kids are pretty much the only games on his ipod touch he actually plays, but please don't tell Lorraine I play her silly pointless game).
