As regular readers know, I have posted about the wonderfully beautiful THE TRUE LOVE PROJECT (http://thetrueloveproject.com) before (https://briandavidphillips.net/2009/07/the-true-love-project.html).
As I just started a group on Engineering Ecstatic Experiences on the Community at http://trancesociety.net/community (it's free, so join it), I was going through some of Zack Seckler's amazing portraits from that truly beautifully executed project (one in which trance partners are photographed while experiencing visions of "true love" within hypnosis).
Likewise, I was rewatching the delightful behind the scenes video of the project where you can see hypnotists Joel Elfman and Marc Carlin working with volunteers and discussing the hypnotic aspects of the project.

That's just amazing stuff.
My title for this post might lead one to believe there is some sort of meaningful coincidence leading to this particular post . . . there is.
Within five minutes of watching this video, I checked my Facebook stream and saw a post by Marc Carlin (http://www.hypnoticstate.com) about the project winning an award.
Coolness! It's a wonderful project and the work as presented is truly deserving of positive recognition. Actually, I am hopeful that we will one day see the promised second project mentioned in my first post on the subject above. Our congratulations to all involved!
