One of my favorite films is THE BIG LEBOWSKI . . . I just resonate with the slacker character of The Dude, not that I would want to become The Dude, just that he feels good in his loserish let-life-flow attitude and his ability to adapt but mostly it's just a damned funny film.
I'm going to be posting some video clips now . . . so . . . uhmmm, if you are reading this via my facebook page or some other stream that does not include the embedded videos, then you're really missing out on the point so get ye forth and over yonder or whatever to https://briandavidphillips.net/2010/04/the-dude-abides-.html and see the videos in all their glorious Lebowski-ish goodness. Besides, there's lots of other goodness on that site as well.
Well . . . it seems that the folks in Hollywood's adult environs have created a new version of The Dude's adventures which actually feels rather Dude-ish in quality . . . not just a parody, but an homage . . . here's the trailer to The Big Lebowski – A XXX Parody . . .
Naturally, that's not really going to be the same as this . . .
. . . but they do a good job of homage and it's done with tongue firmly in cheek (and elsewhere) and certainly, they do a fun take on everyone's favorite musical dream sequence . . .
Besides, it certainly is better than this . . .
. . . and this is coming from someone who really does believe you can never have too many hot bikini babes reading The Big Lebowski script . . . well, you can never have too many hot bikini babes doing anything, really. Seriously, it's pretty much the same with hot bikini babes as it is with sugar . . . remember what the Archangel Michael said about sugar . . . "Sparky, no matter what they tell you, you can never have too much sugar." I feel the same way about hot bikini babes.
In any case, trailer or no, we're very unlikely to see the new parody on this side of the pond anyway, but it certainly does look like fun.
