In her TED Talk, Mary Roach (http://www.maryroach.net) gives a delightful presentation of Ten Things You Didn't Know About Orgasms (http://www.ted.com/talks/mary_roach_10_things_you_didn_t_know_about_orgasm.html) which is a delightful run down on a whole bunch of things that I did indeed already know but also know that most people don't know (let's face it, regular readers of the Life of Brian blog are well aware of my academic and otherwise interest in this area – a good place to start is my Erotic and Sexual Hypnosis category on the blog as well as the numerous discussions at the Hypnosis Technique Exchange).

Ten Things You Didn't Know About Orgasms
Most of that material is fairly straightforward, but Roach mentions a few things, one in particular, that have everything to do with some things we've been exploring here for years and years . . .
Roach discusses having met a woman who told her that she had learned how to have an orgasm using her mind alone. In her reaction, Roach seemed genuinely delighted and puzzled by this.
