COURSE HOURS: three hours
VERY LIMITED SEATING: To enhance the experience, we are keeping the class size at an intimate level. Positions in the workshop are filled on the basis of first-come first-served.
PREREQUISITE: no experience necessary, adults only (18 years of age or older)
LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION: The WAKING HYPNOTIC BLISSTRANCE workshop is taught in English. Due to the special nature of the course and the pacing of the instruction, we will not provide Chinese interpretation for the presentation of this seminar. For our professional non-experimental courses, we have offered such assistance in the past but this is a special circumstances course so such interpretation is not possible at this time. Those who require language assistance may choose to signup with an English-fluent friend who can assist them. Feel free to discuss options with Lorraine via email (here).

On February 22, Brian David Phillips will be conducting a three-hour workshop on BLISSTRANCE: The Suggested Waking High (Psychological Psychedlic eXperience in Taipei.
The Waking Hypnotic Blisstrance workshop will teach participants a number of processes for directly accessing the psychological psychedelic and emotional floodstates within the subconscious through waking hypnosis (eyes-open suggestion) for contexts ranging from introspective meditation through intimate contexts via a form of waking suggestion and experiential trance.
Yes, you did read that correctly . . . this workshop is in using eyes-open waking hypnosis in order to create powerful bliss states as well as neurochemical highs. From full alert state to deep euphoria in moments . . . No Drugs, No Eye Closure, and in many cases, NO so-called formal hypnotic induction.
Anyone is welcome – must be over eighteen years of age.
This is a hands-on workshop. Brian David Phillips (master hypnotist) will demonstrate the processes and then participants will practice with one another so come prepared to learn by doing.
Previous knowledge of Waking Hypnosis or Engineered Ecstasy or experiential trance or hypnosis is not required (do feel free to browse our online shop for appropriate DVD training materials if you would like to review materials beforehand, although it is not necessary).
Within the WAKING HYPNOTIC BLISSTRANCE workshop, we will explore a number of eyes-open waking hypnosis or suggestion processes and experiential trance techniques, including variations of a few that Brian David Phillips has previously taught and a number of new ones more recently developed that have never before been presented publicly.
Some of the states that can be easily achieved via these processes are likely to include but are not limited to:
- High Mind
- Bliss
- Drunk, or High (Neurologically Recreated Recreational Chemical High)
- Hypnotripping (pretty much what you think it might be)
- Erosmind
- The Engineered Runner's High
- and much more!
Those familiar with other work by Brian David Phillips know that he has covered a number of similar SUGGESTIBILITY EFFECTS plus ENGINEERING EXPERIENTIAL ECSTASY processes before in his Erotic Hypnosis, Metaphysical Hypnosis, Psychic Hypnosis and Performance Enhancement courses among others (we've noticed that more professional hypnotists have begun offering sessions based upon these very same processes). However, this workshop takes things a step further . . . these processes are performed with no eye-closure. Those of you familiar with our products might consider this material a combination of concepts from the eyes open SUGGESTIBILITY EFFECTS found in our COMPREHENSIVE BASIC HYPNOSIS CORE SKILLS and SPEED HYPNOSIS DVD products with the more esoteric concepts found in our ENGINEERING EXPERIENTIAL ECSTACY DVD set and the upcoming EROTIC HYPNOSIS course products . . . but . . . with a Psychological Psychedelic twist . . . big time.
While the workshop does not cover exclusively adults-only material, this particular upcoming WAKING HYPNOTIC BLISSTRANCE workshop is still concerned with what some may consider mature-subject matter, albeit not exclusively so. Participants should be of the age of majority before signing up for this workshop. Of course, the processes and concepts can be adapted to many other contexts.
Video and Recording Policies:
Please Note, participants may not use recording devices during the workshop. However, as is typical, the instructor will record the training. Participation in this seminar is considered explicit consent to be recorded on video, audio, and photograph. You must participate, wallflowers need not register.
Videos are used for archival purposes as well as for possible training products. Participants wishing their own copies of any resulting DVD programs will be given the opportunity to purchase pre-release copies at a substantial savings from the retail price.
The WAKING HYPNOTIC BLISSTRANCE workshop on Sept. 20 begins at 2:00pm and ends at 5:00pm.
