I was soooo bummed when I could not find the Fuji Finepix Real 3D W1 in one of the airport shops during our one hour refueling stopover at Narita on our way back from Honolulu.  Granted, while hopeful, wasn't counting on it being there . . . but it would have been sooooo nice as I am big time wanting this thing.

Lorraine tells me I will probably have to wait until the beastie makes it to Taiwan before I can get one . . . which sucks much as I am so wanting this thing.

While I was in the US last week, I stopped in a camera shop and inquired about it and the store owner said the last he'd heard the camera won't be available in shops there for two or three more months . . . despite a previous Fuji announcement that it would hit the stores in the US and Europe some time in September.

I suspect Taiwan will likely get it around the same time as the US or later. Double bummer.
