One of my two presentations for the Global Hypnosis eSummit in March is on Gentle Rapid Hypnosis Inductions. So many folks believe that instant or rapid hypnosis techniques all rely upon shock as in waaaahguguguaaaah scary sorts of shock. However, actually, speed hypnosis can be very gentle if you want it to be.
For example, the classic Handclasp instant induction is typically done in a very forceful way. Well, here’s a gentler way of doing it. The mechanics are the same but the execution is soft and gentle:
