The HYPNOTIC Stare . . . look into my eyes

The myth of the hypnotic stare or the power of the hypnotist’s eyes is both a boon and a bane to hypnotists.  I’ve actually had shopkeepers beg me not to look them in the eyes after they’ve found out that I’m a hypnotist.  Of course, I’ve also had folks ask me to hypnotize them right then and there on learning the same information.

While some stage hypnotists use the hypnotic stare with good effect (there certain ways to perform the method that enhance its effectiveness), there are easier and more reliable ways to hypnotize folks.

However, sometimes you just want to play with a little nonverbal fun.  So, I give you . . . THE HYPNOTIC STARE . . .

Of course, one does need to preface the performance with some setup and build expectations but that’s not too difficult, especially if the trance partner understands you’re a hypnotist.  I have done this with folks who I have just met, but very rarely as I prefer more interactive processes.

If you would like to learn how to do this sort of thing, then check my schedule of courses at http://www.briandavidphillips.com and sign up for one now.  If you can’t attend a live training – or if you would like to supplement a live course – then check out our DVD products.

All the best,
