Hypnosis for Abused Kids

A brief snippet from wide range of topics aimed at helping abused children shows that hypnosis is very promising for helping to work with abused kids:

Teresa Hanks learned helpful information Friday about using hypnosis as a tool to help children overcome trauma in their lives. “So many people think it’s hokey,” said Hanks. “They do it for 90 days at least two times a week. Even though it’s intense, it can save years of therapy.

Yes, kids are highly suggestible and so hypntherapy is often extremely helpful in helping guide young people through processes that allow them to come to terms with their circumstances in ways that are highly beneficial and bypass the need for years of conventional cognitive therapy later. Hypnosis in this context is very worthwhile.

All the best,
