This is a discussion and demonstration of the SIGIL process which was an early audio hypnocast episode so long ago (still available for direct download in the archives here).  This is an experiential trance technique that I developed based upon some magickal processes (albeit, this is strictly changework).  It can be a fun process. The downloadable video here in the hypnocast is puposefully kept small in size, later I plan on having a higher quality full resolution version available for streaming viewing via my blog and webpages.  However, the hypnocast gets this instructional version first.
