Reality Doesn’t Exist . . . unless you’re watching it
. . . well, at the quantum level at least

Goodbye reality . . . Quantum physics says goodbye to reality and An experimental test of non-local realism . . . basically, at the quantum level, reality only exists when we’re observing it, not when we’re not looking. So, reality may be there because we put it there and our observations affect how it is perceived. Folks who buy into magick would extrapolate that to the macro as well as the quantum level. However, we can’t make those assumptions . . . yet . . . and the folks who buy into the whole wishful thinking creates reality thing may still be as delusional as they’ve always seemed. There is still a difference between the macro and quantum levels and while quantum results may explain some of the nifty kool weird stuff that goes on in the magickal and psychic realms, it doesn’t explain all of it . . . and much of that domain is still safely within the realm of phantasy, fantasy, and full-on wishful thinking . . but not all. The trick is to be able to distinguish between the realms of probable, improbable, impossible, interestingly unusual, and right out delusional ravings. When I teach metaphysical hypnosis, I am careful to keep a strong dose of critical thinking in the mix.  Thanks to heliumphoenix (all reality destroyed) for the headsup on the new study results.
