A priest in Romania has created a large fine for women who are not virgins when they marry . . . the “white dress” fine is between $10-60 in a country where the typical person make $100 or less a month . . . wedding priest to fine non-virgins . . . the idea is to discourage premarital sex . . . I would suggest it’s more likely to discourage couples from church weddings.
