Dave Rawson (web) saw that I had one of his video clips on the site (see Klingon hypnosis) and gave me a nice headsup on a hilarious bit he does involving a twist on the old hypnotic kiss gag. This video is rather funny . . . particularly when you see the hypnotist’s reaction. It’s not often that the hypnotist is the one who ends up on the floor laughing. Here’s his blurb:
This Girl is Hypnotised into thinking I am Tom Welling (Clark Kent in Smallville). Before she kisses me I told her I had to get permission from her brother to kiss me. She said that is OK, He fancies me (Tom Welling) as well. Watch me as I fall down with laughter and then when she finally kisses me she realises I am not Tom Welling. It’s Hilarious.
It really is very funny and just shows you that even when a hypnotist uses the same gags for years and years, and you pretty much think you’ve seen it all . . . you haven’t . . . every single show is different. This is footage from a 2006 show Dave did in Ibiza.
