Grace Park plays Sharon “Boomer” Valerii in the extremely excellent current version of Battlestar Galactica. Folks are always talking about how the “other” humanoid cylons are so sexy without mentioning the more wholesome Boomerbot in the sexy department. Boomer is more about story and character. However, Park’s recent stint for Maxim might change their minds . . .

She’s come a long way since her Dark Angel, Andromeda, Stargate SG-1, and a slew of other scifi stints. Personally, I would really like to see Lt. Satterfield come back for a few episodes or more on Stargate (either SG-1 or Atlantis – but not Infinity – just to see what she’s been up to and what sort of person she’s become since Proving Grounds). I imagine we’ll see a lot of red shirts and the like in SG-1 now that the Ori have begun their full blown invasion of our galaxy (the season ender was quite the kickassisode.
