I am setting up my schedule for the Chinese New Year hypnosis courses I will be teaching in February just after the holiday here in Taiwan. I am emailing the group for some feedback as I finalize which courses to offer this time around.
Instead of one ten day course, this year we have decided to offer two short courses of five evenings each).
Before we post our final schedule . . . I have some preferences on which of our courses to offer this time around but we’d like to see which courses have more interest for others who perhaps haven’t taken one of our offerrings. So, I am posting the general list here. When we’ve decided upon the schedule, we’ll put the specifics up.
My courses are not intended as basic introductions to general hypnosis or hypnotherapy, there are plenty of folks you can go to for that. I tend to teach either specialty trance areas or special advanced topics. The specialty area courses tend to be open to anyone while the advanced topics are only open to experienced hypnotists.
We will offer two courses in February.
- Course One: Feb. 6 to Feb 10, 2006 (five evenings)
- Course Two: Feb. 13 to Feb. 20, 2006 (five evenings)
While we are likely to be raising our general pricing later in the year, most of the courses for the Chinese New Year set would still be in the NT$12,000 per course per student range with a course cost of NT$10,000 as an Early Bird Special for students who register at least one month prior to the date the course begins. The Couples Intimate Hypnosis Course has a different pricing of NT$24,000 per couple, NT$13,000 for single women, and NT$17,000 for single men (NT$2,000 discount per person as part of the Early Bird Special for those who register one month prior to the course date).
For all of these courses:
- LOCATION: Taipei, Taiwan (Venue Announced After Registration)
- COURSE HOURS: fifteen hours (five evenings)
- LIMITED SEATING: Positions in the class are filled on the basis of first-come first-served.
We will offer two of the following courses. If you have a preference and would definatelylike to attend one or more courses, let me know as I will take. I would like to hear from folks who are definately interested in attending rather than merely interested in a topic. Email me privately at phillips@nccu.edu.tw rather than posting to the group.
- Introduction to Stage Hypnosis, PREREQUISITE: None
- I5 Couples Hypnosis: Romance and Sensuality Trance Techniques (I5-Based Couples Hypnosis for Rekindling Desire and Increasing Sensual Response: Romantic and Intimate Experiential Trance Techniques for Adults — I5: Increased Intensified Intimate Imaginative Involvement), PREREQUISITE: None, couples preferred
- Advanced Stage Hypnosis (Performance Hypnosis Certification Course, Society of Experiential Trance), PREREQUISITE: Introduction to Stage Hypnosis
- Practical Approaches to Metaphysical Hypnosis (How and What Mystics REALLY Do). Pastlife Regression Hypnosis, Hypnosis and Tarot, Auras and Other Suggested Metaphysical Visual Effects, Astral Journey and Other Out of Body Experiences, Channeling and Spirit Guides, and Higher Self, Mystical, and Ecstatic Experiences, PREREQUISITE: Experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced Techniques for Hypnosis Practitioners. Instant and Rapid Hypnosis Induction Techniques, Self-Hypnosis (Basic and Advanced Techniques), Experiential Trance Guided Imagery, Hypnosis Techniques for Students, Hypnosis for Sports Improvement, and Hypnosis Approaches to Stop Smoking, PREREQUISITE: Basic Hypnosis experience expected

While I teach in English, we will offer Chinese (Mandarin) interpretation for our Taipei courses if at least five people sign up AS A GROUP and request inerpretation services. Folks interested in having us arrange Chinese interepretation should contact Lorraine (contact info on the webpages).
If anyone would like to schedule a course in these or other topics that are not listed here at a different time, feel free to contact me. For courses offerred in Taipei, as long as I can fit it into my limited schedule, I will open a set as long as there is a minimum of ten students. For special closed enrollment courses, the fee structure is differnt.
