Anaglyphs Archive . . .
. . . now I can catch up and so can you

Yes! As anyone who knows me or knows my blog knows by now . . . I have a passion for 3D, not animated 2 1/2 D pretending to be true 3D but the real deal, true 3D stereoscopic photography or more . . .

I belong to a number of 3D email lists, even own and manage the premiere list for general exchange of 3D digitial photography here (which I really encourage everyone with even a passing interest to join).

The most active list for exchanging anaglyphic 3D images, the ones that rely upon the use of red-blue glasses, is the Anaglyphs list which sees a lot of 3D image posts per day. Unfortunately, some folks fall behind or miss out because they just can’t subscribe to the list in email mode which is the only way to get the attached images as the original message archive strips out attachments and the digest doesn’t carry the images. Now, there is a very nice option which allows folks who can’t receive the images via direct email to catch up by checking out the messages with the images in tact on an alternative web-based archive at Anaglyphs Archive.

While I would encourage folks to subscribe to the list proper, it is still a nice option for those who can’t receive the images in email. It is also a nice way for newcomers to the hobby to check out some previous posts.

The image with this post is from one of my sets of anaglyph shots of Mage Knight figures. More of my 3D photos can be found here. More posts to this blog regarding 3D photography and more can be found here.

All the best,
Brian
