The phobia stuff is a little old fashioned (gradual desensitization therapy is so ’80s when there are much more powerful hypnotic processes available today). The bits on suggestibility are also off . . . ten percent for highly suggestibles is much too low and ten percent for so-called non-suggestibles is likewise too high (actually, most so-called non-suggestibles are low-suggestibles who respond to certain methods better than others). True non-suggestibles are actually very very rare. The video shows examples of suggestive therapy rather than trained folks running processes.
