The 2257 laws require much more records keeping than before and compliance with the law will cause many second tier providers to go offshore or out of business due to the complexities . . . see 2257 regulations, compliance, FSC lawsuit, and some fun . . . for how different companies are dealing with compliance issues. A few of the producers will no longer allow second tier companies to have their graphic material as they don’t wish to distribute model personal data to affiliates as the more folks who have that the more likely problems with leaking or identity theft or inappropriate access will occur so they are shifting to softcore for affiliates only . . . others are going completely offshore where 2257 laws do not apply. None of this has anything to do with child pornography as the folks who produce that don’t comply with laws anyway.
