Recently, I’ve been asked about my views on Chrstianity and Evangelical preachers . . . long ago when my brain was still not quite alive, I actually wanted to be a preacher . . . got cured of that well before going to university though where I still managed to minor in religion . . . comparative religion still interests me . . . evangelical conmen do not . . . way back in the day, I used to watch Jimminey Braggert every Sunday with some of my buddies who were religion and psychology majors and we would watch his show and had the structure timed to the minute . . . we could tell you exactly when he would shout and get pissed, when he would start hollering about how god loves ya and if you don’t love god you’re going to burn your sorry ass in hellfire for eternity and exactly when he was going to break down into tears bawlin’ about all the folks who needed help and only if the little old ladies watchin’ would just reach into their pocketbooks and give their social security checks until it hurt ‘cuz god don’t love ya unless you bawl bawl give all you got to build some gold-plated catherdral to greed or another.
These guys are skilled practitioners in the arts of influence . . . they’re also sleazy conmen taking advantage of others.

Please don’t get me wrong . . . I am not against all religion . . . in fact, I have my own spiritual path which is very important to me . . . I also don’t believe all evangelical Christian preachers are evil fucks out to cheat the masses . . . however, in my experience, there are a lot of them who are.
