It’s All in Your Head . . . and your body . . .
. . . the mind-body connection

Renée Stephens shares a wonderful anecdote that demonstrates very powerfully, the mind body connection and how our thoughts (conscious and unconscious) truly create who and what we physically are . . . if it’s all in your head, can it also be in your body? . . . well worth reading.  I also liked the quote from Newsweek:

“A traumatic event within the family can have consequences for everyone. The collateral effects can include real, biological illness—even though the causes are entirely social”

–Dr. Nicholas Christakis of Harvard Medical

Well worth the looksee.
