Kerry kicks Bush in the Balls

Karl has a nice image on his blog of Kerry kicking Bush in the Balls . . . I wouldn’t count the bananas too quickly on the debate. From what I saw, Kerry did kick Bush’s balls pretty hard . . . but . . . Bush is still pretty strong in the polls and the incumbant in during a war has a pretty strong defence . . . the whole “don’t switch the rider in the middle of the river” stuff . . . Kerry looks and sounds better than Bush and Bush can’t answer the substantial questions (but he’s really good at harping at non issues and making them sound like pretty humiliating stuff) . . . Kerry did well . . . really well . . . however, he still has ample time to fuck it up . . . Bush is already pretty good at fucking himself over and coming out with higher polls than before the fuckup . . . he is the true magik teflon man . . . saw an episode of Penn & Teller’s Bullshit on Alien Abductions and there was a guy who swore that many of the world’s ruling elite are actually from hybrid bloodlines created thousands of years ago, the result of reptillian aliens and humans being crossbread . . . the British Royal family is such a sport of those bloodlines as are the Bushes and the Cheneys . . . makes sense to me.

I agree that Farenheit 911 was not all that great. Everything really was stuff we’ve known for a long time . . . although it amazes me how it hasn’t had any effect on Bush’s numbers. One problem I have with Moore’s presentation is that while he portrays Bush and Cheney and the rest of the reptillian horde as being evil and manipulative . . . he’s doing the same thing. He may pretend to be presenting journalism, but he’s stacking the cards too . . . for instance the ambush queries are setup to get a weak response and then make fun of the person . . . some of the congressmen he asked about sending their kids to Iraq don’t even have kids or they have daughters or their kids are infants. It was a silly invasive tactic intended to arounse distrust without addressing issues. I am one of the first in line when it comes to shouting out the evil alien conspiracy which is the Bush White House . . . but, let’s hit ’em in the issues where debate belongs, addressing documented wrong doing or hypocracy . . . not with fanciful games and rather crude and transparent innuendo or very tenuous misconnections that come to no worthwhile or logical conclusion.
