Definition of a Couple: For the purposes of this workshop, a couple consists of two people who register together with the intent of doing the “couples patterns” with one another. While most processes can be done by oneself with or without a guide, there are a few processes taught that require a practice partner – usually an intimate relationship partner, but not always. For purposes of registration, couples need not be married, dating, or in an intimate relationship. Members of a registration couple may be opposite-sex or same-sex. Sexual orientation or marital status are not an issue.
