Hello, this is a guided imagery. So let’s begin. Go ahead and let your self go into a deep level of relaxation, take a nice long breath, fill up your lungs, real good, breathe all the way in, and hold it for a second. And as you breathe out, close your eyes down, and let a wonderful wave of relaxation flow through your entire body.
Keep your eyes closed and follow your breathing. Take three deep breaths, releasing any tension that you carry in your body as you breathe out. Really let yourself go loose, limp, and relaxed. (Pause) Good. Now give yourself the suggestion that with each time you breathe out your body becomes more and more relaxed. Just let yourself feel like you’re relaxing down, down, down each time you breathe out.
As you continue to breathe and relax in this matter, imagine that you are walking through a hidden stone archway into a special garden. In the center of the garden, you can see a giant temple with beautiful steps leading to it, at the top of the temple, you can see a wonderful statue of the goddess, even from this distance you can feel her loving power all around. As you walk up the stairs towards the temple, you can feel her loving beautiful presence enter you more and more. With each step, perhaps you feel a little more filled with joy, with love, and with physical comfort and stimulation. You can feel the power of the Goddess, the goddess of joy, fertility, love, comfort, physical pleasure, the goddess, your goddess, enter you more and more, building and building with each breath, with each and every breath out. The first step, feeling her loving touch, the second presence, your body reacting, the third step, your mind opening to her wonderful healthy influence, the fourth step, you emotions soaring with love, joy, comfort, and sensuality, the fifth step, higher and more intense, the sixth step, almost there now, really feel love, comfort, joy, and her loving passionate power through your physical sensations, seven, really let go now, eight, very close, the power increasing, nine, even more of her effect upon your joyful and comfortable loving mind, spirit, and body, nine, just almost there, you can feel the warming loving glow coming from the statue at the top of the temple, really let it feel so wonderful. And, TEN, at the top of the stairs, feel the full presence of the goddess running through your mind, uplifting your spirits, and flowing and stimulating your body. Really let go as you turn and look down into the beautiful garden below the temple.
Notice how peaceful it is, how beautiful, how relaxing, how stimulating. You turn back to stand under the statue of the goddess. She is so very beautiful, this is a statue of the most beautiful woman you have ever seen. She wears robes but they are light, playful, sensual, with her perfect body exposed here and there, her body is beautiful and perfect but it is her feline, kitten and cat, eyes set within her perfect slender face, part human, part feline, part fairy elf, pure divine, goddess, which draw you in. Her beautiful eyes are wonderful, at peace, playful, erotic, and wise. Then you notice one of her eyes blinks at you. Suddenly you feel the goddess presence and power increase a hundredfold, really feel the joy, the love, the wonderful sensuality as the statue transforms into the most beautiful, the most perfect, the most loving and caring woman you have ever seen in your life, or ever could imagine, divine love in woman form. She steps down off her pedestal and faces you. Her loving kitten eyes draw you in as a wave of love and pleasure washes through you, filling and flowing through your mind, your spirit, and your body. Within her eyes you can feel and see the wisdom of an ancient elder goddess but you also sense the playfulness of one who has maintained her youthful love of life and lust despite her years of immortality. She smiles tenderly as she places both of her hands on your cheeks and bends forward and kisses you tenderly, gently, upon the forehead. Your world spins as she bestows a gift upon you, a blessing. In a moment you will melt into this kiss, this blessing, and image after image will race through your mind, they will be the goddess’s gift to you, you will feel, taste, smell, hear, see, experience a series of perfect moments, each more perfect than the one before, each of you experiencing perfect love, mentally, spiritually, and physically. Each more vivid than the last, each more intense and wonderful. Float now for the next few moments, enjoying the gift of the goddess of love, the goddess of passion . . . and begin NOW.
(After three minutes) Now gently bring your attention back into this room. It is time to bring yourself back to full awareness. In a moment I will count to five. At the number five, your eyes open, you are fully awake and aware and feeling great, remembering all of your wonderful experiences. One, two, three, four, and five. Eyes open, feeling wonderfully refreshed.
