Hello, I am Dr. Brian David Phillips and this is a guided imagery. So let’s begin. Go ahead and let your self go into a deep level of relaxation, take a nice long breath, fill up your lungs, real good, breathe all the way in, and hold it for a second. And as you breathe out, close your eyes down, and let a wonderful wave of relaxation flow through your entire body.Keep your eyes closed and follow your breathing. Take three deep breaths, releasing any tension that you carry in your body as you breathe out. Really let yourself go loose, limp, and relaxed. (Pause) Good. Now give yourself the suggestion that with each time you breathe out your body becomes more and more relaxed. Just let yourself feel like you’re relaxing down, down, down each time you breathe out.
As you continue to breathe and relax in this manner, focus now on a feeling, the feeling of LOVE. Perfect, love. Allow yourself to enter into that feeling, let it flow through you and within you, allow yourself to feel LOVE all around you and within you. Now, as you breathe in … and … out, imagine that you are floating on a wave in the Sea of Love, gently riding the wave back in time, let the love flow through you and within you, going up … and … down … up … and down. Farther and farther backward in time, to a place and time long ago, long before your birth, long before the births of your parents. You are perfectly safe – floating peacefully and gently in the timestream on a wave of love, being gently rocked by the motion of the timestream, letting the love within you continue to grow. And as you continue to move up … . and … down … back … and … forth, farther and farther back in time, you will notice a comfortable warmth relaxing you and feel a gentle loving breeze. You may notice the color of the timestream as you float by, the smell of the power in the air, and the sound of time moving backwards. You notice a sense of calm throughout your entire body as you experience the gentle rocking motion of the timesea. Allow yourself to feel loved, comfortable, nurtured and supported. Now, as that feeling of perfect love increases, you find yourself floating backwards to a time when you were living a different life, in a different body. You will always be with me here and let my voice guide you to this feeling of perfect love. Gently, and slowly allow yourself to return to a perfect moment in a very special past life when you experienced perfect love. This is a very positive and special moment. Be sure to take note of all the details, the date, whether you are inside or outside, alone or with others and if you are with others, who are they then and perhaps now. I will count from three to one, at the number one, you will be able to comfortably and gently re-enter this wonderful happy moment of perfect love from a past life. Three, gently down. Two, almost there, gently and lovingly. And, ONE, now, comfortable and pleasant. Take the next few moments to explore this special and positive moment from a past life removed in time.(Pause a few minutes)
(After three minutes) Now gently bring your attention back into this room. It is time to bring yourself back to full awareness. In a moment I will count to five. At the number five, your eyes open, you are fully awake and aware and feeling great, remembering all of your wonderful experiences. One, two, three, four, and five. Eyes open, feeling wonderfully refreshed.
