This is a guided imagery. So let’s begin. Go ahead and let yourself go into a deep level of relaxation, take a nice long breath, fill up your lungs, real good, breathe all the way in, and hold it for a second. And as you breathe out, close your eyes down, and let a wonderful wave of relaxation flow through your entire body.
Keep your eyes closed and follow your breathing. Take a few deep breaths, releasing any tension that you carry in your body as you breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out, and relax. Breathe in, breathe out, and relax. Really let yourself go loose, limp, and relaxed. Breathe in, breathe out, and relax. (Pause) Good. Now give yourself the suggestion that with each time you breathe out your body becomes more and more relaxed. Just let yourself feel like you’re relaxing down, down, down each time you breathe out.
In you mind’s eye . . . imagine yourself just resting . . . while your body begins to change . . . in oh so subtle ways . . . perhaps you begin to notice that with each and every wonderful deep breath in you feel as if you are floating higher and higher . . . your spirit soaring . . . while with each and every deep relaxing breath out your body sinks down, down, down into deep, deeper, relaxation . . . with each and every breath you know you can relax your body more and more, sinking down down down into a very comfortable relaxation as your spirit begins to rise higher and higher, safe, protected, and feeling very comfortable . . . as you begin drifting . . . floating . . . through space . . . and . . . through time . . . deep . . . deeper . . . deeply relaxed . . . perhaps you can even feel yourself drifting through the etheric plane as you leave your worries and your physical existence behind . . . safe . . . sound . . . secure . . . a silver cord connecting you to your body . . . indestructible and comfortable . . . perhaps you can now begin to feel yourself drifting toward the Nexus, the center of all things, the birthplace of the stars . . . drifting, relaxed, feeling wonderful . . . as you draw closer, you may notice how the etheric energy envelops you and charges you with a wonderful sensation of life, love, joy, and eternal bliss . . . breathe it in deeply and notice how very very good it feels . . . even more deeply relaxed, at peace . . . breathing in the etheric energy, feeling so wonderful now as all of your troubles and cares just melt away . . . deep, deeper, deeply relaxed . . . and as you begin to float even closer to the wormhole at the center of the Nexus, you begin to notice an erotic energy at cascading through time and through space, a fertile field of love, joy, sensuality, and erotic bliss . . . notice, as you breathe this energy deeper into your being, deep, deeper, deeply within you, that you may begin experiencing a beautiful wave of sensual pleasure, that washes over you and through you, building and building as you drift closer and closer to the center of everything . . . and as you drift closer and closer, feeling more and more sensually relaxed, comfortable, wonderfully aroused, you may feel the wave of erotic pleasure even more profoundly . . . it washes over you and through you . . . like a thick syrup of love . . . feel it over your skin, tingling and pleasurable, feel it moving slowly around you, as you are floating through it, breathing it, feel it caress your body, touching you in those secret places that stimulate you, noticing how every hair, every fiber, every tiny area of skin becomes alive with sexual sensations, so aroused, building and building as you begin to drift inward, into the Nexus, feeling the tendrils of that erotic love enter you, deep, deeper, deeply within every orifice, around your genitals, your anus, your nipples, your neck, your face, your arms, your legs, your body . . . every part of you alive with sexual desire . . . and as you find yourself falling into the Nexus, becoming at one with the erotic creative life force all around you and through you and within you . . . you notice others within this secret special place . . . you can see at the center of everything . . . the Wheel turning and rotating like a giant erotic gyroscope . . . giving off pure sensual energy . . . become as one with that energy and begin to understand pure primal pleasure . . . building within you . . . notice now . . . others with you . . . they too are floating around the spinning Wheel, anchored as you are as satellites of love and pure joy . . . they too are naked and beautiful . . . they too are filled with this wonderful erotic creative sensual love . . . they too see you . . . they too love you . . . here . . . in this place . . . now . . . feel yourself floating past them . . . feel your bodies touching . . . feel the etheric energy all around you as a caress sets off a thousand waterfalls of passionate sensuality . . . drifting . . . tasting . . . touching . . . smelling . . . pure love . . . pure sexuality . . . pure erotic bliss . . . give yourself over to these sensations . . . as a thousand hands touch you . . . as a thousand lips kiss you . . . as thousands upon thousands of loving souls love you . . . love you . . . love you . . . feel them . . . the hands . . . the legs . . . the mouths . . . the breasts . . . the arms . . . the genitals . . . all around you . . . and within you . . . loving you . . . and being loved . . . knowing joy . . . happiness . . . oneness with all . . . and inner peace . . .
For the next few minutes, which is all the time you need, you may find yourself enjoy the sensations here by the Eternal Wheel within the Nexus. Enjoy the sights, the sounds, the textures, the smells, and the tastes . . . breathe in the air of sensuality here, the air of love, of freedom, and of joy. Remember all of the sights and the sounds and the sensations you have and enjoy your special journey into the Nexus, and the lessons of love that you learn here . . . for the next few minutes . . . which is all the time you need to experience this special place completely and fully . . . beginning . . . now . . .
[Pause in silence for a few minutes, as few as two and as much as fifteen, depending upon the time available.](After a few minutes) Now gently bring your attention back into this room. It is time to bring yourself back to full awareness. In a moment I will count to five. At the number five, your eyes open, you are fully aware, alert, and feeling great, remembering all of your wonderful experiences. One, two, three, four, and five. Eyes open, feeling wonderfully refreshed and satisfied.
