We are all of us going through a very difficult period. The novel coronavirus and the COVID-19 infection it brings is making it’s way around the world forcing most people to drastically adjust how they live.
Most folks are practicing social distancing and many are currently under one form or another of Stay Home or Shelter in Place or Self-Isolation or even Quarantine orders. This time of forced social isolation can be difficult.
Remember though, while it may be dark at the moment, the light does eventually return. The sun does eventually rise. The night may be hard but we will get through it together.
During this time of trial, maintain your mental health. Remember to take a moment and breathe. Seriously, take a minute and have a few deep breaths.
