This fun image is for the folks who have been using the FEEL THE GLOW and COLOR PURPLE self-hypnosis audio sessions (free to certain membership levels but purchasable to non-members).
The two sessions install particular trigger responses that the animated graphic is intended to help folks practice with. Just stare at the image and focus and breathe in, breathe out, and just allow yourself to feel as if you are responding to the trigger sets. If it’s helpful, you can even use your imagination and imagine you hear a particular voice speaking the words as with each breath in you FEEL THE GLOW and every breath out you just let go and surrender to your own special response. Deep, deeper, more deeply glowing.
Obviously, the verbal trigger FEEL THE GLOW causes a positive response of . . . well, positive emotional overload . . . that is joy. The recording is vanilla but some folks listen with a particularly erotic state of mind for a very different response than those just looking for a feel good pickmeup.
The COLOR PURPLE sessions were originally part of a hypnotic convincer technique I use with hypnotherapy clients in which I tell them that as they see the color purple in their daily lives they will feel good and be reminded of the positive changes they have made in their lives. My office is full of little purple knick knacks and the like so that they are immediately reminded of the suggestion upon emerging. The session was then created as a standalone after several folks told me they quite liked the suggestion and would I do a session that reinforces that. Thus, the Color Purple sessions.
Both the Feel the Glow and Color Purple sessions are part of both the very vanilla Deep Relaxation Trigger Response Conditioning Series and the much more adult Xanadu eXperimental Series. These two series employ the same trigger conditionings, albeit in very different contexts.
Since their first inception, the vanilla Feel the Glow and Color Purple sessions had been borrowed heavily by a number of folks who went through the more adult training sessions, so I created an adult version of the Color Purple . . . PURPLE PASSION which likewise is a feel good, but a very special feel good.
