If you’ve been reading this blog for much time at all then you know’ve probably heard of the WALKABOUT TRANCE BEACH RESORT GETAWAY . . . this event doesn’t happen every year . . . far from it . . . we only throw one of these things every couple years . . . but . . . when we do, it’s invariably a hit!

Well . . . we’re doing it again and it’s going to be something new . . . since we started doing WALKABOUT TRANCE events, a slew of folks have come and gone doing “street hypnosis” workshops . . . and, I admit, street hypnosis has been good to me . . . but . . . a rock that doesn’t roll gets covered in moss and this rock loves to roll so let’s get some rock and roll out there and take things further . . . sure, a Walkabout Trance Beach Resort Getaway wouldn’t be the same if it didn’t have the actual Walkabout . . . we’re still going to be at a beautiful Beach Resort in Sunny California (a nice break for those of you who normally have cold and more cold to look forward to in February) so we’re hanging on to the Walkabout Trance part of the event as well . . . but . . . we’re going to take things even further.

This year, it’s waking trance and social influence and power communication.

This is the stuff I’ve been teaching for years and some that I’ve kept pretty close to the chest – I’ve got university undergrad and graduate degrees related to some of this stuff and I’ve taught graduate level courses that explore some of this material so I do know my way around the topic . . . but, this is the fist time we’ve taken all this material and put it together into a solid course with a very very unusual and incredibly fun practicum that allows you to learn the material in the classroom but go out immediately and test it for yourself on willing members of the public, right out there on the boardwalk and beyond.
