Banana Phobia beaten with NLP

A MARTIAL arts fanatic has finally conquered her biggest enemy – bananas.

Paula Ross, 23, couldn’t stand the fruit since being forced to eat one as a toddler. Bullies even taunted her with bananas when she was at school.

But now, after hypnotherapy, Paula, of Kilmarnock, can eat them quite happily. She said: “It is a ridiculous fear but it is something I’ve always had.”

Paula was cured using neuro-linguistic programming, which teaches people how to dissociate bad memories from certain objects and replace them with positive.
