My daughter, Kaye Elizabeth Phillips, performs the solo piano version of her original composition MERMAID’S LAMENT . . . you may remember her earlier video of Kaye and two of her friends performing a trio version of the same song, Kaye’s original composition for flute, piano, and cello on 9 June 2011 at Tamkang Senior High School in Tamshui, Taiwan, where Kaye is a student in the music specialty program, majoring in Composition and Piano.
