Kaye Phillips performing “Maiden Flight of the Blue White Dragon”

Here we go . . . this one’s SPECIAL!

Here is a video and some images of my daughter, Kaye Elizabeth Phillips, as she performs MAIDEN FLIGHT OF THE BLUE WHITE DRAGON, her original piano composition on 14 November 2010 at Wang LaoShr’s Annual Student Recital in Taipei, Taiwan.

Kaye was invited to come as a guest performer as one of Teacher Wang’s former students. Kaye is currently a student in the music specialty program at Tamkang Senior High School in Tamshui, Taiwan, majoring in Composition and Piano. As a special occasion, this is the first public performance of this song. Those of you familiar with Kaye’s trance work will recognize Bluewhite Dragon as her first familiar or animal spirit guardian from when she was a very young childe. As her parents, Lorraine and I are super proud of her.
