Here’s a nice demonstration that hypnosis – even eyes-open waking hypnosis of the Hyp-No-Sleep variety – need not be done in a quiet environment. How about with rock music blaring all around you? This is from a few years back when I did a street hypnosis gig at an ICRT street party in Taipei.
