Group Mentorship Chat Sessions
(Includes Examination and Certification Fees)

The new mentoring tutorials we are beginning to offer are essentially guided self-study programs in which participants are expected to do a great deal of the work and practice on their own with group chat sessions every two weeks to answer questions, receive feedback, and gain insight.

These are skillset-based online mentoring tutorials in which participants will follow a sequence of videos containing explanations and demonstrations of hypnosis skillsets appropriate to the course program. The videos are either already online or in a course-associated DVD program. Those who do not have the appropriate videos may purchase them with their registration. For purposes of the pricing of this course, you may NOT use someone else's material to participate in this course. You must have purchased your own copy of the appropriate DVDs. Note, there are different purchase buttons so choose the correct option.
Participants will be asked to watch assigned videos prior to each session. They will also be asked to submit videos of themselves performing particular skillsets to the class for the instructor and others to view and for feedback in the next appropriate session.
FEES INCLUDED
These are skillset-based online tutorials in which participants will follow a sequence of videos containing explanations and demonstrations of hypnosis skillsets appropriate to the course program. Most participants will be interested in not only gaining the competence
Those who attend all sessions and submit all homework assignments (videos) and are judged competent in the skills through an evaluation of their video submissions by the instructor will have their examination fees waived and their appropriate membership or specialist certifications gratis (note, specialist certifications are only granted to those who have previously received membership certification in the Society of Experiential Trance – although non-members who pass their specialist examination will receive their specialist certification if they gain membership certification with the SET within one year of passing their specialist exam).
These online chat mentorship tutorials are three to four tutorial group chat sessions of ninety minutes to two hours each, spaced out every other week. Unless otherwise noted, they occur at 10:00am Taipei time (typically Thursday or Tuesday).
Participants should use the Time Zone Converter at http://www.timeanddate.com for the date and time for your time zone). For instance, a course scheduled for Thursday morning in Taipei might be Thursday afternoon for some or even Wednesday evening for others. For example:
- Taipei, Taiwan: Thurs., July 1, 10:00am
- Sydney, NSW, Australia: Thurs., July 1, 12:00pm (Noon)
- Topeka, KS, USA: Wed., June 30, 9:00pm
- Denver, CO, USA: Wed., June 30, 8:00pm
- New York, NY, USA: Wed., June 30, 10:00pm
- Los Angeles, CA, USA: Wed., June 30, 7:00pm
- Honolulu, HI, USA: Wed., June 30, 4:00pm
- London, UK: Thurs., July 1, 3:00am
Obviously, participants should verify their own date and time before registering to check against their own schedules before registering for any of these events. You are responsible for attending. Once the course has begun, fees are not reimbursed for missed sessions or assignments.
Each online mentorship has a minimum number of students in order to progress. In order to help students ensure that there are indeed enough bodies to make it possible to host the group mentorship at the rates presented, we do offer a Group Special for those who wish to sign up with others.
This group special is also designed to encourage folks to form local practice groups of folks who go through the material and assignments together, enhancing their ability to gain genuine competence in the material.
In essence, this Threesome Special is a buy two seats and receive one seat free special. For those who purchase their seats via the group discount, you should contact Dr. Phillips to request a special invoice . . . while for individual pricing, each participant must purchase or have previously purchased the appropriate DVDs for specialist topics, only one member of a Threesome Special need actually purchase the physical DVDs (this exemption is ONLY for those who are conveniently located in the same geographic area and are forming an in-person practice group to go over the materials together; those who take advantage of the Threesome Special but are separated by distance are still required to purchase the materials).
