Zombies versus Humans . . . university LARPing goes viral

The Zombies versus Humans games have started picking up on even more university campuses . . . basically TAG (The Assassination Game) or Killer with a zombie twist . . . this is an excellent example of a game starting on one campus and picking up on others and then spreading all over the place.

No, this is not the first game of its type . . . TAG and Killer have been around for a loooooong time (predating the movie with Kristine DeBelle by a whole lot of years and that reference dates me anyway – not her best film, that would be the musical version of Alice in Wonderland she did, uber good stuff that).

The folks at the MIT Assassin's Guild have been going strong for decades now, showing that creative approaches to this sort of roleplay concept can last beyond the lifespan of the founder's university career.

For more on the Humans versus Zombies game and it's cultural memeness, see their webpages at http://humansvszombies.org.

All the best,
