Yep, I now have a certificate of training from the East West Institute of Human Potential . . . the Professional Astrology Training course was really a lot of fun and I learned a lot, much of it will even apply toward my hypnosis work. Dr. Joseph "Deepak" Vidmar is not only an expert astrologer, he is also a highly skilled NLP practitioner as well as a licenses psychologist (former President of the Louisiana Psychology Association).
Deepak is as colorful a person as they come. He had a successful psychology practice, was a professor at university, and learned anything and everything there was to do with Neurolinguistic Programming from the beginning from the originators themselves . . . then . . . one day, he sold all of his possessions, emptied his house, and headed to India to live in an ashram where he was the astrologer to know for many years. He eventually married a former nun and came to Asia.
When Deepak teaches astrology, he's bringing in a lot of psychology and NLP. Actually, he even teaches courses on NLP for Astrologers and Astrology for NLPers.
He's now in Taiwan teaching a few courses (he's teaching Human Design this weekend and I believe it's not too late to get into the course, the only one of its type taught in Taiwan).
I've already done that particular Human Design course and got quite a bit out of it, but I am definately going to be attending the upcoming course in Love and Relationship (go to https://briandavidphillips.net/2009/10/love.html for more information).
