Kaye, Lorraine, and I went to see UP today in digital 3D and it was a wonderful experience.  There were no nasty through-the-window effects and the stereoscopic experience was very very low key and nicely done.  I would have liked a bit more depth in a few scenes but all in all the 3D was excellent.  As to the story . . . well, the trailers do not do this film justice, it has a lot more emotional depth than you might assume from the previews.  Very well done and very enjoyable family entertainment.
