In yet another round of Beatles song coverage, contestants on American Idol all sang songs from the celebrated Beatles songbook. This time around Kristy Lee Cook sang You’ve Got to Hide Your Love Away in a not very rousing rendition. While the other judges called Cook’s performance "playing it safe" Simon suggested that Kristy seek hypnosis to enhance her performance:
Simon told her that she was better this week than last but he thought that she needed hypnosis to make her performance better. Her answer was priceless, she told Simon, "I can blow you out of your socks and you know it."
Perfect. Actually, hypnosis is wonderful for performance enhancement issues. I have worked with a number of singers, musicians, actors (and will be teaching a group workshop for actors in Trance-Acting in Los Angeles in July) as well as writers, athletes, dancers, and more via hypnosis to enhance and improve their performances as well as open up their creativity in a number of ways with wonderful results.
